All Yes Ma’am Cuisines Products are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority shipping. Overnight is Available with adjusted shipping prices. Priority shipping takes an average of 3-7 business days to arrive. These days might be affected by Covid-19 pandemic. -All Products are handmade by Chef Von the Owner herself. Please allow 24-72 hours after purchase to ship out Yes Ma’am Cuisines products. -We partner with a 3rd party vendor for Yes Ma’am Cuisines apparel and accessories and ALL orders are made to order. Please allow 3rd Party vendor to satisfy order with 10-20 days of purchased product. These times may vary as some orders will be fulfilled in a shorter amount of time. We do thank you for your patience.

We collect information from you when an order is placed or when you subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, you’ll be asked to enter such information as your name, number or e-mail address. Any information collected will be used to improve our website and update you on any news pertaining to YM Cuisines. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to our customer’s needs. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason without your consent. Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are Final. If you reach out regarding an issue with an order, please contact us with 30 days upon delivery. Please Send Photo! send to www.yesmaamcuisine@gmail.com (Food and Clothing) You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging slip and description reason for exchange. Please return items to the following address: 6339 Charlotte Pike, #756, Nashville, TN 37209. (Do Not send Food) Once your return is received and product inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your return item. As long as the Yes Ma’am Cuisines product is in good condition listed above, you will receive a Yes Ma’am credit.
